Vetus Manual windlass with handle (but no allen key). The windlass appears to be in good condition although seems to be jammed. Currently in Jersey but I can deliver locally  or Guernsey  or Portsmouth/Southampton/  area early in July. Alternatively purchaser to pay deliver charge from within UK
