Wanted – Experienced sailor to help teach new boat owner

Hi,

I’ve just bought a Westerly Konsort, the boat is in good condition and is currently on a mooring buoy at Thurrock Sailing Club. I’d like to take the boat out on day trips initially and get used to her, hence I’m looking for someone with sailing experience to sail up and down the river Thames, all expenses paid. Any help greatly appreciated.

My experience is racing dinghies, power boat 2 and Yachtmaster Navigations. I have also sailed on larger yachts.
