Westerly Oceanquest 35AC
Sadly we have decided that after 25 years of owning our beloved Oceanquest, the time has come for someone else to take her on the adventures for which she was designed.
Sea Quest has been maintained to a good standard, with much additional equipment and has been cruised extensively from Shetland to St Nazaire and Derry to Dordrecht.
Sea Quest OT8, was launched in 1994. With the proven internal layout based on the earlier Kestrel but with beautifully updated cabinetry and fittings, she was designed for serious voyaging in comfort. The Aft Cockpit gives a deep secure seating area for the crew with good forward visibility and easy access to lines lead aft, winches and instruments, including Chartplotter, AIS, Radar and DSC radio at the helm position.
Below decks, the Ed Dubois design provides a spacious Saloon with two excellent sea berths for comfortable passage making, a well fitted Galley, forward facing chart table, forward and aft Cabins each fitted with hanging lockers and extensive storage, plus two complete Heads Compartments each with shower and basin, plus a dedicated wet locker.
The full cockpit enclosure, generous storage throughout, plus electric windlass and wind and solar power generation make this beautiful, comfortable, solidly built craft fit for whatever cruising you have in mind.
