Owned since 2019, Orion is the ‘Original’ version with forward heads and twin rear cabins . She has a Volvo MD2020 from 2001 coupled to a Brunton 3 blade Autoprop. Since purchase I have renewed the VHF,added AIS B+, converted the coolbox to a fridge, carried out a partial rewire, replaced the two batteries and fitted two small solar panels. Sails are a 3 reef main, 110 & 130 headsails + spinnaker. There is also Kinlevin mast ladder. Internally she is pleasing with generally good headlinings whilst externally the topsides and woodwork are cosmetically average though the hull was cleaned and antifouled on the hard last winter. The engine was serviced and the cooling system stripped and refurbished prior to launch this year. Currently in the water and in commission at Conwy harbour.
