She was taken out of the water last October for a bit of winter maintenance and hull cleaning and
unfortunately I just didn’t have the time to give her so she is still sitting there.
I’ve bought a bigger boat so she needs to be sold.
Very pretty boat with lots of original features.
She has a mast that can be lowered with the use of the onboard “A frame” as she was also used
on the Norfolk Broads in a previous life.
The Evinrude outboard is included in the sale and is lowered out the back using
the “gun carriage” cantilever type assembly.
The outboard folds away securely into its bay when not needed.
The outboard is fully controllable from the cockpit with its own portable fuel tank.
This boat was perfect for me as a starter boat, if she grounds out you just
sit back & have a cup of tea until the tide comes in and floats you back off, just make sure you ground out when the tide’s coming in as you’ll have to wait 12 hours otherwise :)
This boat is built like a tank, the keelbolts still look as good as the day they were installed.
The boat is currently at a boatyard at a lovely location on the river Crouch at Hullbridge, Essex.
She can be kept there if needed for £64.20 a month.
If you want to view her, message me to arrange.
