UK - the standard UK subscription is £15 annually, if paid by Direct Debit.
Anywhere outside the UK – the “overseas” subscription is £18 annually, if paid by Direct Debit.
All payments by any method other than Direct Debit will attract a non-refundable £1 surcharge to cover Admin and fees.
All subscriptions run from January 1st until December 31st of the same year, regardless of joining or renewal dates. Subscriptions are therefore due on January 1st each year.
Methods of Payment
For ease of administration, and to save you an annual chore, Direct Debit is the preferred payment method. Please click this link to set up a Direct Debit.
You can pay by sterling cheque or postal order. Please ensure you make the cheque payable to Westerly Owners' Association.
Please put your membership number on the back of the cheque or postal order.
If you require a written receipt, please supply a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope.
You can also pay your renewal subscription by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal via the WOA Shop (we cannot accept credit card transactions over the phone). Please be sure you do not have a Standing Order in place before you pay by Credit/Debit Card as the Association is charged for all card transactions and refunds. If you are unsure please contact the Membership Administration Office.
You will have to register within the shop the first time you use it. Once you have selected your items view your basket to check your purchase before going on to pay.

A Standing Order can only be changed by your written authority and is therefore entirely within your control. Please contact the Membership Administration Office if you would like a Standing Order form or Westerly Owners' Association bank details.
Please use your membership number as the reference.
For overseas members who do not have access to a UK Bank Account we will accept a Sterling Bank Draft. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cheques drawn in Euros or other currencies, and IBAN payments only in exceptional circumstances, as your costs will be disproportionately high especially when compared to Credit Card and PayPal fees.

In accordance with the Constitution and Rules (Rule 4.4 Association Subscriptions and Fees) any subscriptions not paid in full will be donated to the RNLI and membership will be cancelled.
