I can confirm that we will continue to offer the Westerly Owners Association members a 10% discount off our standard visitor rates when they confirm their membership at time of booking. Our visitors are currently provided with electricity for their stay at no additional charge but this is subject to review in the future based on consumption figures experienced.
Our fees will increase from 1st April 2023 and we have not yet confirmed the percentage increase but we expect it to be in line with the RPI percentage quoted in September 2022 which was 12,6%. We should have the new rates available by the end of November 2022 for implementation on 1st April 2023.
